You agree to use Netrobase websites, products, and services lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any Netrobase system.

Software development, maintenance, consulting, and support work may be governed by separate proposals, statements of work, invoices, or written agreements. Those documents control where they conflict with these general terms.

Fees, timelines, milestones, acceptance requirements, and support terms are defined in the applicable agreement. Delays caused by missing client input, third parties, or scope changes may affect delivery dates.

We work to keep services reliable, but availability may vary due to maintenance, infrastructure providers, security events, or factors outside our control. We may update services to improve functionality, safety, and performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netrobase is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our websites, services, or software.
